New Build Concrete Multi-Family

This project is a fully new-build 7-story concrete flat-plate structure with one basement parking level. This project presented a unique collaboration challenge where each floor plate was designed to accommodate architectural requirements, mechanical and plumbing openings, and stringent reinforcing requirements to create the intermediate moment frame using the concrete slabs. Additional engineering challenges included design for full landscaping with full-height trees and stringent facade requirements.
