ADU Conversion
The clients for this project were looking to bring an existing garage to ADU conversion up to code. We worked with the architectural team to modernize the facade in a way that would not trigger a seismic upgrade. Where required per city codes, we did specify the construction of new exterior footings to ensure the long term stability of the structure. We also recommended the installation of several interior footings to prevent further cracking of the existing slab-on-grade.
