For this project, the clients were looking to use a small amount of structural intervention to transform the front entrance to the home. The original layout was broken into several smaller rooms. We worked with the architecture team to strategically remove a few bearing walls to create a wider open space for the living area and a more welcoming foyer. We also worked with the contractor to find ways to route new ductwork within the existing structural framework.
